【Development Case】Development of a Tester Compatible with 3V Power Supply ICs ■□■Background of Introduction■□■ We received a request from an electronic components manufacturer as follows: "Currently, the IC tester operating in our factory costs several tens of millions of yen. We would like to purchase an additional one, but it is expensive. Is it possible to develop an equivalent IC tester using NI products?" Since it is a 3V power supply IC, control of digital signals other than TTL levels is required. After considering the device configuration and inspection content, we found that it was feasible to achieve equivalent functionality to the currently operating tester using NI products, and we proceeded to develop the tester and compare its performance. ⇒ For the continuation of the development case, please refer to the catalog.
