The Exair full-flow air knife is ideal for cleaning, drying, or cooling parts, webs, or conveyors on the manufacturing line. The full-flow air knife utilizes the Coanda effect to draw in a large volume of air from the surroundings, generating a high-speed, high-capacity sheet-like thin layer of airflow. As a result, the air amplification ratio of 30 times for the full-flow air knife reduces air consumption and contributes to energy savings and CO2 reduction, thereby lowering operating costs. This product is the lowest-priced system among the three air knife models. Its compact size allows for installation in tight spaces. While its thrust is inferior compared to other models, its compressed air consumption and noise level are intermediate between the super air knife and the standard air knife.
