The I-B Conveyor is a vertical transport device with its buckets on the inner side of the belt. Materials fed into the hopper drum naturally flow into the buckets for upward conveying. At the top, the buckets turn upside down, and the materials are discharged by their own weight. This minimizes the burden on the materials as well as on the buckets and rollers. The I-B Conveyor operates at a very low noise level. Additionally, the lower hopper drum functions as a tension weight, eliminating the need for belt tension adjustment. 【Features】 - The loading, transport, and discharge sections are arranged vertically, minimizing the installation area. - Compatible with materials from a wide range of industries such as steelmaking, cement, lime, power generation (thermal, biomass, etc.), and fertilizers. - Materials are not scraped up, preventing bucket drop-off. - Gently transports fragile pellets. - Reduces wear on parts, resulting in low maintenance. ★ This product will be showcased and demonstrated at "INCHEM TOKYO 2025."
