The I-B Conveyor is a vertical transport device with its buckets on the inner side of the belt. Materials fed into the hopper drum naturally flow into the buckets for upward conveying. At the top, the buckets turn upside down, and the materials are discharged by their own weight. This minimizes the burden on the materials as well as on the buckets and rollers. The I-B Conveyor operates at a very low noise level. Additionally, the lower hopper drum functions as a tension weight, eliminating the need for belt tension adjustment. 【Features】 - The loading, transport, and discharge sections are arranged vertically, minimizing the installation area. - Compatible with materials from a wide range of industries such as steelmaking, cement, lime, power generation (thermal, biomass, etc.), and fertilizers. - Materials are not scraped up, preventing bucket drop-off. - Gently transports fragile pellets. - Reduces wear on parts, resulting in low maintenance.

The CD dryer is a conduction heating type liquid dryer that dries by indirectly heating liquids through heat conduction from a heat source. The features of the CD dryer include the following: - High performance: The liquid sprayed onto the disk surface forms a thin film, which enhances conductivity and increases processing capacity per unit heat transfer area. Additionally, the dried material on the heat transfer surface is constantly scraped off by a scraper, ensuring stable high processing capacity. - Compact: By using the thin disk's good properties as the heat transfer surface, a large heat transfer area can be secured within a compact space. *Compared to a double dryer, the installation area is about 40% smaller. - Energy-saving and high efficiency: The compact design minimizes heat loss, achieving a high energy efficiency of 80-85%. - Speedy: The heat capacity of the disks in the heat transfer section is small, allowing even large machines to operate approximately 5 minutes after steam input. - Process reduction: Since it can dry from liquid to powder, significant reductions in upstream and downstream processes such as concentration and pulverization are possible. *For more details, please download the PDF of the catalog that includes usage examples and case studies, or contact us.
