Real-time defect image display and filing images allow for management of occurrence information by defect type. ■ High-precision detection. Imaging with a transparent high-resolution 2 million pixel CCD camera and unique image processing methods enable stable detection of burns, foreign objects, metals, hair, and fibers. ■ Defective and physical discharge. Continuous inspection mode and defect stop mode can be selected for use.
