- A revolutionary device that can uniformly raise the temperature of 30 kg of frozen meat in cardboard boxes from 1 carton to 20 cartons (depending on the model) to around -3°C within 10 minutes. - It passes through the temperature range where ice in the product grows maximally in a short time, preventing tissue destruction due to ice expansion and reducing protein loss from dripping, thus improving quality maintenance and yield. - It becomes possible to suppress bacterial growth, maintaining the quality and taste of the thawed product, and extending the shelf life. - The finishing temperature can be set, allowing for planned production. Additionally, it can be thawed when needed, eliminating the need for preparation work the day before. - Handling of thawed products is minimized, and with the line configuration, thawing operations can be kept to a minimum, resulting in cost savings.
