This is a self-regulating tape-type electric heater designed for the purpose of insulating pipelines and their associated piping equipment (such as valves, drains, pumps, flanges, etc.), as well as various devices like tanks and hoppers.

basic information
The heater itself has a self-regulating function (self-limiting). - It automatically controls heat generation through the self-regulating function. However, a separate temperature controller is required to maintain a specific temperature. - Unlike the resistance wire method, the heating element has a surface structure, making heat transfer effective. It can be cut to any desired length. - There are no restrictions on the length that can be cut. However, there are limits on the maximum usable length for each model when used as a single unit. - The standard length is set at 50 meters per roll for ease of handling. - The terminals at both ends after cutting can be insulated on-site using a dedicated termination kit (sold separately: YTS-IB or YSH-T; see detailed information below).
