basic information
JIS Z 0202: Packaging Goods - Drop Test Method The drop test machine owned by JBL is characterized by its ability to allow the test item to fall flat while maintaining its drop posture. The movements until the test machine is reset, as well as the vertical movements to the set height, are speedy, enabling comfortable testing even with a large number of test samples. For measuring acceleration waveforms, it is equipped with a dedicated waveform recording device for impacts. The values of peak acceleration and action time, synthesized instantly from the impact waveform of a three-axis acceleration sensor, can be immediately checked on the PC screen along with the waveform. Due to the performance of the test machine, the weight of the test items that can be dropped is up to 79 kg, and the minimum drop height is 28 cm. For drop tests involving heavy items exceeding 79 kg or drops from heights below 28 cm, please refer to the following product pages.
