[New Feature Added] New treatments other than conventional low-pressure carburizing have been added, transforming it into a multifunctional type (as of November 25, 2025).
Since the introduction of our ICBP's first unit in Japan in March 2000, it has been widely used by many customers. As we celebrate a quarter of a century, we have added new features to accommodate next-generation technology. 【New Features】 - Low-pressure carburizing and nitriding, gas nitriding, soft nitriding → We can now perform processes related to nitriding under low pressure across a range of temperatures, enabling the addition of enhanced properties such as higher hardness, resistance to tempering softening, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. Additionally, we continue to adhere to carbon-neutral practices by employing processes that do not involve any combustion, maintaining our commitment to reducing environmental impact. Furthermore, in anticipation of various changes in the business environment that may occur in the future, we have added processing methods while maintaining the flexibility to adjust production volumes, allowing for the consolidation of many treatments within this system. Moreover, this system has been certified under the "Energy Conservation Investment Promotion Subsidy Program" established a few years ago. 【Processing Methods】 ■ Low-pressure carburizing ■ High-concentration carburizing ■ Oxidation-free annealing □ Low-pressure carburizing and nitriding (New!) □ Gas nitriding (New!) □ Soft nitriding (New!) 【Features】 ■ The system maintains a controlled low-pressure environment, resulting in minimal oxygen levels in the chamber, preventing oxidation of the treated items' surfaces. ■ Flexibility to operate on a per-cell (chamber) basis in response to fluctuations in production volume. ■ Compatible with oil quenching under reduced pressure. ■ Supports gas quenching at 10 bar using pressurized nitrogen. ■ The condition-setting software "InfraCurve" allows for condition determination with minimal trial runs. ■ Capable of heating up to 1100°C, enabling faster carburizing processes. ■ Parallel processing under different conditions for each cell is possible. ■ Achieves significant CO2 emission reductions compared to conventional gas carburizing furnaces. ■ Allows for unmanned fully automated operation as it does not use combustion in the process. ■ Unlike atmosphere furnaces, it does not require a seasoning process, enabling quick startup. ■ The insulated structure of the cells (chambers) prevents deterioration of the working environment even in nearby areas. *For more details, please download the catalog or feel free to contact us.
