A technology that is attracting attention overseas and is also being researched by the Ministry of Defense. Supports customization.
This is an impulse generator that generates very narrow pulse width impulse waves synchronized with the repetition period of the input trigger pulse. <Features> ■ There is minimal vibration associated with the impulse. The polarity of the impulse can be specified as either positive or negative. ■ Output pulse voltage: 0.5V 0-p min. (Load impedance 50Ω) ■ Output pulse width: minimum approximately 50ps to maximum 1ns (can be specified to any pulse width) ■ The output is standard unbalanced output. Differential output (LVDS, ECL) can also be specified. ■ The input trigger repetition frequency ranges from 1MHz to 10GHz, with unbalanced input and interfaces available for LV-TTL (1MHz to 100MHz) and ECL (unbalanced: 1MHz to 10GHz). ■ Standard power supply voltage: DC +12V ■ Implemented in an aluminum case to reduce noise radiation. ■ It is possible to adjust the pulse width and output voltage according to the application before shipment. (Optional) Custom products can be accepted from a single unit. *For more details, please contact us.

Company information
Sakura Tech has been developing imaging sensors and high-performance microwave/millimeter-wave components using ultra-wideband technology since its founding in October 2008. In particular, we developed a compact and high-performance radar platform (miRadar(R)8) using Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) technology, which has been commercialized as an obstacle monitoring radar. Using the same radar platform, we developed an algorithm capable of simultaneously measuring the vital signs (heart rate, respiration) of multiple individuals, and we have been the first in the world to sell evaluation kits, receiving positive feedback from many manufacturers. Radio wave sensors have become essential in the fields of autonomous driving sensors, security aiming for a safe and secure society, and monitoring the elderly in the IoT society. Moving forward, Sakura Tech will continue to provide and contribute to society with human-friendly, high-performance sensors that utilize radio waves.
