It is a high heat-resistant micro-adhesive release film that can be cleanly peeled off without adhesive transfer even after heat treatment.
By combining a special acrylic adhesive with a heat-resistant film, the design minimizes the increase in adhesive strength and dimensional changes after heat treatment. Additionally, it can be easily removed without leaving any residue, and the contamination of the substrate after peeling is extremely low.

basic information
Rioelm LE951 is a single-sided adhesive film with a low-tack adhesive applied to a thin heat-resistant film substrate, allowing for re-release after thermal aging on most adherents. It is ideal as a backup material for substrate materials such as COF that undergo high-temperature processes, including carrier tapes for electronic components, solder resist curing processes, and coverlay bonding processes. Additionally, it is designed for use in clean rooms, and the materials used are compliant with cleanroom specifications. *There are also low-tack tapes that are not heat-resistant, so please feel free to inquire.
