General Extruded Resin (Plastic) Molding Products In the case of extruded resin profiles, it is possible to control the position of the edges where the mold is released, ensuring that the overall width, external dimensions, and shape of the profile remain consistent. - If the edge position bulges outward, increase the speed of the take-off machine or decrease the rotation speed of the extruder. - If the edge position sinks inward, decrease the speed of the take-off machine or increase the rotation speed of the extruder. We have various achievements in products such as surface boards, batten boards, wood powder-filled molded products, lighting covers, air conditioning ducts, skirting boards, wiring ducts, protective tubes, and recycled flooring boards. Depending on the molded product and situation, various sensors (resin pressure sensors, reflective lasers, transparent body lasers, etc.) can be utilized for control. - For general foaming and rigid products, the take-off machine is controlled. The take-off speed is automatically fine-tuned (approximately 0.001 m/min increments). - For soft and wood powder-filled foaming, the extruder is controlled.
