The UCA-300 and UCA-400 models are dedicated cutting machines designed specifically for aluminum sash cutting, focusing on cutting speed and the quality of the cut surface. ■ UCA-300 Model Cutting Capacity: Height 145mm × Width 300mm ■ UCA-400 Model Cutting Capacity: Height 145mm × Width 400mm ■ Circular Saw: 510mm ■ Motor: 2.2 kW ■ Blade Movement: Air-Hydro System The blade shaft movement section is finished with precision ground round shafts that are treated with hard chrome plating, allowing for light and accurate cutting operations over an extended period. The chips generated during cutting are collected through a φ150 duct hose connection to a separate dust collector. Additionally, the UCA-300DC and UCA-400DC models, which include a built-in simple dust collection device, have been added to the lineup. ■ Please check the related page for videos of cutting machines with built-in dust collection devices.
