This product, unlike other rubber and resin tapes, has excellent electrical properties such as heat resistance, cold resistance (-50 to 200°C), weather resistance, moisture resistance, and ozone resistance, making it a suitable self-fusing tape for insulation materials. Particularly, when stretched and wrapped, it easily adheres to itself. At room temperature, it fuses and becomes a homogeneous silicone rubber in over 24 hours, or in 4 hours at 180°C. 【Features】 ■ Self-fusing: Room temperature × 24 hours or 180°C × 4 hours ■ Heat resistance: 200°C continuous for 1000 hours, 180°C continuous for semi-permanent use ■ Water absorption: Less than 3% (MIL-1-4682 method) after 48 hours of immersion *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
