This is a set of comparators that detects distance using a high-precision ultrasonic sensor, makes judgments based on eight types of range conditions, and outputs the results as ON/OFF. With simple wiring and setup, it can be used to detect and control the height of workpieces, liquid levels, etc., without going through a sequencer. It is equipped with a USB port, allowing you to connect to a computer to set up configuration data. The dedicated tool MuWiC Software is used for the setup.

● 24V single input power supply There is no need to prepare a separate power supply for the sensor. ● Set judgment conditions within a range The controller has eight channels, and the ON conditions for the output can be set individually for each channel within a specified range. ● Enable input available You can switch the reception of the external enable signal on or off using a switch. The external enable signal can control the execution or disabling of the compare operation. ■ Sensor feature comparison The optimal sensor may vary depending on the detection target and usage environment, but ultrasonic sensors are relatively superior in durability compared to contact-type sensors due to their non-contact nature. Additionally, since the detection distance is variable, they can be used in a wide range of applications.
