A magnet mounted on the shaft is surrounded by a slider (coil) in a 360-degree manner, achieving high precision with high efficiency and high rigidity. 【Series】 S Series: Standard L Series: A series with a larger gap (space) between the slider and the shaft motor (for long lengths) SX Series: High thrust type (compact); high thrust types are also available for medium to large sizes through customization. 【Configuration】 ■ The shaft containing the magnet has a diameter starting from Φ4mm, and as it increases to 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, etc., it generates strong magnetic force. ■ The slider (coil) receiving the magnetic force has sets of UVW, with D (2 sets), T (3 sets), and Q (4 sets) stored, and as the number of sets increases, the number of coils increases, resulting in greater thrust. ■ Various thrust profile combinations are possible depending on the combination of the shaft diameter and the size of the slider. ■ For example, with the S250Q-300st, the diameter of the shaft in the S series (standard type) is 25Φ, the slider (movable part) is of type Q, and it is a shaft motor with a stroke of 300mm.
