basic information
○The basic furnace structure is of the open pot type, but it can also be used as a tank-type melting furnace. (Open pot and tank materials are separate.) ○By using electricity as the heat source, it is freed from the concerns of "combustion," eliminating the need for knowledge of combustion control and burner adjustments, ensuring that anyone can easily operate it safely and stably. ○With the adoption of a programmable temperature controller, not only can melting be done, but operation conditions can be programmed for use only on weekends, allowing for unmanned melting of glass at any desired time. ○The setting operation and programming of the programmable temperature controller can be done using a general-purpose computer (compatible with Windows 98/2000/ME/XP). ○The gathering hall is equipped with a standard door, and when the door is open, the electric heater automatically turns off, allowing for safe and secure handling of melted glass. ○Compared to gas burner combustion methods, it is exceptionally quiet.
