  Installation of non-combustible aluminum shield sheet on the floor and wall: The floor is made of galvanized steel plate, and the wall is covered with a non-combustible aluminum shield sheet, which is adhered using non-combustible aluminum shield tape of the same material to ensure shielding performance.

• 

  Wall, column type, and window surface overview The wall, column type, and beam type are adhered and stapled with non-combustible aluminum shield sheets, and after stapling the overlapping parts, they are sealed with aluminum shield tape of the same material. A shield film is applied to the glass of the window surface.

  Shielding treatment for walls, beams, and decks The junctions around penetrating pipes and ducts with the non-combustible aluminum shield sheet on the wall are tightly bonded with the non-combustible aluminum shield tape. The wall and the deck plate surface are also tightly bonded in the same manner, with the deck plate surface serving as the shield layer.

  Regarding fireproof certification: Fireproof material certification (non-combustible: NM-1776) is required for construction under interior restrictions. 1) Fireproof materials are those defined or certified by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism according to their performance classifications of non-combustible, quasi-non-combustible, and flame-retardant. ● When subjected to heat from a typical fire, the following points must be met: ◎ It must not burn. ◎ It must not undergo harmful deformation, melting, cracking, or other damage that is detrimental to fire safety. ◎ It must not produce harmful smoke or gas that could impede evacuation. ● Each performance is determined by the time elapsed after heating begins. ◎ Non-combustible performance: 20 minutes after heating begins. ◎ Quasi-non-combustible performance: 10 minutes after heating begins. ◎ Flame-retardant performance: 5 minutes after heating begins. 2) Fireproof performance is certified based on the combination of the substrate material (as per the Ministry of Construction Notification No. 1400, non-combustible materials are defined by the amendments of Ministry of Construction Notification No. 1400 and Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Notification No. 1178, as determined by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism) and the construction method.

  Conductive Strong Adhesive Tape (Glass Cloth Reinforced Double-Sided Aluminum Foil SS Tape) This is a tape made of the same material used to adhere non-combustible aluminum shield sheets. It is an aluminum tape reinforced with glass cloth, and the adhesive side uses a highly conductive metallic foil substrate, which provides excellent flexibility, conductivity, and thermal conductivity. It is used at joints and holes during shield installation, and the reinforcement enhances workability and improves shielding performance. Since it uses a conductive adhesive, it can achieve conductivity in the vertical (thickness) direction just by sticking it on. Being in tape form allows it to be wrapped around cables, devices, and irregular surfaces. By shielding cables and connectors of electronic devices, it protects them from static electricity and electromagnetic wave interference, enabling measures against electromagnetic wave disturbances and radio wave disturbances, as well as static electricity removal.
