Pioneer of cold forging
Cold forging refers to the process of shaping coil-shaped materials at room temperature by continuously applying a certain amount of force without heating, using equipment such as a parts former (horizontal multi-stage cold forging machine) and molds. Plastic processing is a method that utilizes the property of metal materials that, when subjected to a certain amount of force through processes like hammering, stretching, or drilling, they deform and do not return to their original shape (plastic deformation).
