The Sabirex non-boiling acid purifier DST series reduces the procurement cost of high-purity acids by non-boiling distillation of 1 ppb grade acids used for trace metal analysis by ICP-MS to 10 ppt grade in the pre-preparation stage. All contact parts are molded from PFA, making them compatible with the distillation of hydrofluoric acid (HF), nitric acid (HNO3), and hydrochloric acid (HCl). The distilled acid flows directly into the collection bottle, isolating it from external air and allowing it to be stored in high purity. With a built-in heater and no need for cooling water for condensation, it is compact and easy to install and operate.

- The acids used for trace element analysis by ICP-MS are purified to high purity through non-boiling (sub-boiling) distillation in the pre-preparation stage. - By repeated distillation, 1 ppb grade acid is purified to 10 ppt grade. - Hydrofluoric acid (HF), nitric acid (HNO3), and hydrochloric acid (HCl) can be distilled. - The distilled acid is collected in an automatic recovery bottle while being isolated from the outside air. - Due to the small bubbles during heating in the non-boiling method, the liquid surface remains undisturbed, preventing the uptake of impurities. - A compact system with an integrated heater for evaporation. - Installation and operation are very simple as no cooling water for condensation is used. - DST-1000: processes up to 1L at a time, DST-4000: processes up to 4L at a time (DST-4000 is 120V specification). - All liquid contact parts are molded from PFA. - Distillation of different acids in a single unit is not recommended.
