Automatically distill 1ppb grade hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, and nitric acid to 10ppt grade, reducing the procurement costs of high-purity acids.

We reduce the procurement cost of high-purity acids by purifying 1 ppb grade hydrofluoric acid (HF), nitric acid (HNO3), and hydrochloric acid (HCl) to 10 ppt grade through non-boiling distillation. All contact parts are molded from PFA, and the distilled acid flows directly into the collection bottle, isolating it from the outside air, allowing it to be stored in high purity. The unit is compact as it incorporates a built-in heater and does not use cooling water for condensation, significantly reducing operational effort. There is no concern about the degradation of acids after opening, like with purchased high-purity acids, allowing for the preparation of fresh acids in anticipation of their use.

- Acids used for ICP-MS and other applications are purified to high purity through non-boiling (sub-boiling) distillation in the preparatory stage. - Repeated distillation purifies 1 ppb grade acid to 10 ppt grade. - Hydrofluoric acid (HF), nitric acid (HNO3), and hydrochloric acid (HCl) can be distilled. - The distilled acid is collected automatically into a recovery bottle while being isolated from the outside air. - Due to small bubbles during heating in the non-boiling method, the liquid surface remains stable, preventing the uptake of impurities. - A compact system with a built-in heater for evaporation. - Very easy to install and operate as it does not use cooling water for condensation. - DST-1000: Processes up to 1L at a time; DST-4000: Processes up to 4L at a time (DST-4000 is 120V specification). - All parts in contact with the liquid are molded from PFA. - Distilling different acids with a single unit is not recommended.
