**Features of the High-Performance Microwave Controller** 1. **Temperature Control** Heats the workpiece to the set temperature. By using PID control for heating, it can increase the temperature along any desired heating curve. Temperature adjustment can also be done using hot air. 2. **Setting Heating Conditions** Heating conditions such as target temperature, microwave output, heating time, and PID parameters can be registered in up to 50 patterns. This allows for heating with combinations of multiple patterns, enabling the setting of detailed heating curves. Heating conditions can also be downloaded/uploaded from a computer. 3. **Heating Data Logging** It can store the heating transition data such as the workpiece's heating curve, input microwave power, and reflected power. The stored data can be displayed in graphs or output externally, making it easy to manage the heating process. 4. **Power Monitor Feedback** By monitoring and controlling the actual microwave power being applied, stable temperature control can be achieved.
