●High Load Capacity The HBN type has achieved more than double the rated load compared to conventional ball screws through optimal design for high load (ball retainer, ball diameter, groove curvature radius, contact angle between ball and groove, number of turns). ●High Speed Compatibility The HBN type features a circulation structure that scoops up the balls in a direction close to the tangent due to a return piece with improved strength, allowing for use at a DN value of 130,000 and achieving a feed speed 1.8 times that of conventional products. ●Smoothness The adoption of a ball retainer eliminates mutual friction between the balls, improving the dynamic torque characteristics and resulting in smooth and stable rotational motion. ●Low Noise The ball retainers placed between the balls eliminate the collision noise between them. Additionally, since the balls are scooped up in a direction close to the tangent, the collision noise caused by the circulation of the balls has been resolved, resulting in low noise operation.
