Achieved a permissible DN value of 130,000 and improved the strength of the circulation section.
The SBN type high-speed ball screw with ball retainers eliminates collisions and mutual friction between the balls, and improves the retention of lubricants by installing ball retainers between the balls. This has resulted in reduced noise, excellent torque characteristics, and long-term maintenance-free operation.

basic information
● High-Speed Response The SBN-type return pipe has no lip, allowing the balls to be scooped up in the tangential direction, resulting in a natural ball trajectory and an ideal circulation method. Additionally, the return pipe and ball retainer are designed with sufficient strength, making it possible to use them at a DN value of 130,000. ● Low Noise & Good Sound Quality The ball retainers placed between the balls eliminate the collision noise between them. Furthermore, the absence of a lip on the return pipe allows the balls to be scooped up in the tangential direction, thereby resolving collision noise. This results in low noise and good sound quality. ● Long-Term Maintenance-Free The ball retainers hold lubricants, achieving long-term maintenance-free operation. Additionally, in harsh environments (coolants, foreign substances), long-term maintenance-free operation is possible by equipping optional wiper rings or the QZ lubrication device. (For inquiries regarding the wiper rings and the QZ lubrication device for ball screws, please contact us.) ● Excellent Sliding Performance The ball retainers placed between the balls eliminate mutual friction, significantly improving torque characteristics. The variation in preloading torque is reduced, allowing for excellent sliding performance.
