The evaluation device records the transition of force and changes in welding current. The grounded and insulated sensor prevents the outflow of welding current during measurement, and the built-in charge amplifier outputs a voltage signal of ±5 VDC (calibrated) proportional to the force applied to the sensor. 【Features of the Measurement System】 • The welding process can be improved by optimizing the transition of electrode pressure and changes in welding current. • The sensor can be connected to the welding pressure monitoring model 5825A2 (portable handheld) and the control monitor CoMo II model 5857B. • Documentation is possible via RS-232C interface. • Robust and overload-resistant component design.
