Completely sealed by a gate valve, a vacuum oil quenching furnace with no influence from oil. 【Features】 ○ The heating chamber is separated from the quenching oil tank (gas cooling chamber) and, after heating is complete, automatically moves to the oil tank for quenching. The quenched products undergo oil drainage before being removed. ○ The heating chamber is completely sealed by a single gate valve with vacuum and thermal seals, ensuring no influence from oil inside the heating chamber. ○ Gas cooling finishes with a bright shine without being affected by oil. ○ Processed products include oil-quenched steel, air-cooled steel, brazing, solution treatment of SUS materials, titanium alloy annealing, and magnetic material annealing, among others.
