In recent years, we have also been involved in the installation and adjustment of systems such as automated cylinder block extraction and transport systems using camera-equipped robots, as well as cam head assembly transport systems. Additionally, we have experience with a dust removal system for resin molding frames that follows conveyors, utilizing simple calculations with Denso robots. Our company possesses control knowledge and technology, allowing us not only to perform teaching but also to have general adjustment skills for equipment. Therefore, in overseas service visits, we can contribute as a strong service provider not only in the startup of general equipment but also in addressing challenging issues. Furthermore, we can implement Toyota-style change point management, which enhances visibility and enables us to respond to the challenges demanded by customers, allowing for quick detection and improvement of problems.

I am a professional engaged in teaching and system operation and adjustment of industrial robots, also active as a control outsourcing service for Toyo Electronic Industry, robot outsourcing service for Sanyo Machine Works, and robot outsourcing service for Taiyo Machine Works. Since the fiscal year 2016, in addition to FANUC, I have also started handling Yaskawa robots, enabling a wide range of robot teaching. I have also become capable of handling Yaskawa robot concurrent I/O as a control technology, allowing for modifications to robot sequences. For general handling of sequencers and panels, I work with Mitsubishi, OMRON, KEYENCE, DIGITAL, Hakko, RS-Logics, and others. Regarding built-in CPUs, I handle FAPT ladder and Yaskawa concurrent I/O, among others.
