Packaging with adhesive tape on cardboard cases, not only with top and bottom I-sealing but also with H-sealing, ensures a tight seal, allowing products to be distributed in a fully protected state, significantly reducing the possibility of insects, dirt, dust, and intentional foreign substance contamination. The Sekisui Workmate 71 is an H-sealing machine that tapes the short sides (four edges) of cardboard cases that are I-sealed on the top and bottom. ■ Lightweight and compact H-sealing corner taping machine ■ Processing capacity of 10 cases per minute ● Features ◎ H-sealing is designed with ears, effectively addressing foreign substance contamination. ◎ Equipped with a sequencer/inverter as standard. ◎ There is also a Workmate 71T for straight line applications. ◎ A corner taping machine specifically for bottom H-sealing is also available. ◎ A random type that does not require size adjustments is also available. ◎ A separate I-sealing machine is required for the preceding process.
