[Case Study] Introduction of Automatic Sealing Machine and Stamping Machine

Streamlining the tape application process for shipping cardboard boxes and printing lot numbers! Collaborating with various manufacturers.

We would like to introduce a case study of solving customer problems. We received an inquiry about wanting to automate the sealing and printing after manually packing products into boxes. It was taking a lot of time and effort, and there were concerns about the occurrence of human errors. Therefore, we proposed combining the Everroll sealing machine "IL-703" with the Kishu Giken Kogyo printing machine "PC Coder." As a result, they were able to handle various sizes of cardboard boxes without any issues while producing different product varieties, and the tape application and printing were evaluated to be neater than when done manually.
