This is a multifunctional, fully automatic ultrasonic deburring, cleaning, and drying device with many standardized features. The standard basket shapes include three models: M type 300×200×50 mm, L type 400×300×75 mm, and LL type 800×600×75 mm. In addition to square baskets, simultaneous transport of rotating baskets is also possible. A return conveyor can be included as an option. The cavitation enhancement system is standard, and a vacuum (decompression) function can also be added. Drying options include both suction drying and vacuum drying. Of course, ultrasonic frequencies can be selected from basic frequencies of 25 kHz and 50 kHz. Regardless of the choice, simultaneous multi-wave oscillation up to 535 kHz is available. Ultrasonic transducers can be selected up to 1 W/cm² and 2 W/cm². This is a versatile fully automatic deburring, cleaning, and drying device that can accommodate various applications.
