This is a multifunctional, multi-purpose fully automatic ultrasonic cleaning and drying device with many standardized features. The standard basket shapes include three models: M type 300×200×150 mm, L type 400×300×200 mm, and LL type 800×600×25 mm. In addition to square baskets, simultaneous transport of rotating baskets is also possible. A return conveyor can be included as an option. The cavitation enhancement system is included as standard, and a vacuum (reduced pressure) function can also be added. For drying, both suction drying and vacuum drying can be installed. Of course, the ultrasonic frequency operates at a basic frequency of 25 kHz, with simultaneous multi-wave oscillation up to 275 kHz. The ultrasonic transducer can be selected from 1 W/cm² to 2 W/cm². A deburring function can also be added. This is a versatile fully automatic cleaning and drying device that can accommodate various applications.
