As various molds become increasingly precise and complex, the situation is arising where conventional cleaning levels are no longer satisfactory. Not only common stubborn dirt, but also the silica-like (glass-like) films generated by the sublimation and adhesion of various additives within rubber and plastic must be absolutely removed from precision molds. However, as you know, it is not easy to remove these even with conventional hazardous solvents. This product uses powerful ultrasonic waves to create positive and negative shock waves in spherical cavities, allowing for cleaning with a relatively safe weak alkaline detergent in a short amount of time. It is also environmentally friendly and easy to handle, providing peace of mind for users.
