A large filter specifically designed for alkaline zinc plating baths that allows for in-situ cleaning without removing the filter material, achieving a lower cost, high filtration precision, and excellent on-site operability! * As a pre-coat type filter, the filtration precision is outstanding. * Used as a precision filtration machine for plating baths of approximately 4,000 to 8,000 liters. ● The plating solution inside the filter is collected before cleaning, so there is almost no loss of plating solution due to cleaning (only for water-washing type). ● We offer three types of filter cloth cleaning methods to further enhance operability. ● F55A-H type: Automatic filter cloth cleaning type The most affordable model for widespread use. The filter cloth cleaning is done automatically using water. ● F55A-A1 type: Fully automatic water washing type Automatically operates the valves for pre-coating, filtration, and filter cloth cleaning. The filter cloth cleaning is done automatically using water. ● F55A-A2 type: Fully automatic co-liquid cleaning type Automatically operates the valves for pre-coating, filtration, and filter cloth cleaning. The filter cloth cleaning is done using co-liquid, so no cleaning water is discharged, and the filtered SS can be removed as a dewatered cake along with the filtration aid.
