Contributing to labor-saving in deburring through automation! Deburring can be done in a short time. Demo units available. Demo tests possible!
The STK tumbler is a device that mechanically removes burrs by utilizing the cooling power of liquefied carbon dioxide (or liquid nitrogen), the low-temperature brittleness of molded parts (especially resin-molded products and zinc die-cast), and the rotational motion of the barrel. 【Features】 ■ Does not damage the product or cause surface roughness ■ Capable of micro-level burr removal ■ Burr finishing can be completed in a short time ■ Two types can be selected based on work volume and size 【Burr Removal Mechanism】 Molded parts and an appropriate amount of media are loaded into a polygonal barrel, and rapid cooling is achieved through liquefied carbon dioxide to weaken the molded parts. By applying rotational motion to the barrel, a hardness difference occurs between the main body of the product and the burrs, allowing for the removal of burrs through the media and the rotational motion.

basic information
**Features** - Does not damage the product and does not cause surface roughness - Capable of micro-level deburring - Deburring finish can be completed in a short time - Two types can be selected based on the amount and size of the workpiece **Deburring Mechanism** The molded products and an appropriate amount of media are mixed and loaded into a polygonal barrel, where they are rapidly cooled through liquefied carbon dioxide gas to weaken the molded products. By applying rotational motion to the barrel, a hardness difference is created between the main body of the product and the burr areas, allowing for the removal of burrs through the rotational motion of the media against the burr areas.
