In response to customer requests to have the inner walls and work surface in black to better observe the smoke generated during combustion of materials, we designed and manufactured it accordingly. Since the inner walls and work surface are black, we used black caulking material for the joints. Additionally, the cut surfaces have also been painted black. Furthermore, by adding a maintenance opening to the front glass window, we have minimized the airflow required to observe the smoke accurately during testing. Another feature of this product is that it allows for the shutdown of airflow using a pneumatic damper when the fan is stopped. Additionally, to temporarily enhance the airtightness during testing, we have installed mohair (pile weather seal) for the first time on the window frame of the front glass. At your company, we also accommodate custom products tailored to the customer's intended use.
