The linear stage that requires high positioning accuracy and speed stability. PI's linear stage "L-511" is suitable for applications that require high-precision operation. There are three specific features: - High movement accuracy and load capacity achieved with a circulating ball bearing guide - Flexible application options through various motor and encoder configurations - Accurate positioning and repeatability provided by an optical encoder with an accuracy of ±0.15 µm Additionally, it offers excellent structural rigidity, preventing deformation due to heat and mechanical stress. This ensures that high precision and stable performance can be maintained even for long-term use or demanding applications.
