The V-817, which combines the PI Mag(R) linear motor and direct encoder, achieves non-contact drive to reduce dust generation and ensures long-term stability. It supports a maximum load of 600 N and achieves positioning repeatability at the 2 µm level. There are four types of travel lengths available: 204, 407, 610, and 813 mm, and it can be quickly systematized with a wide range of accessories, including drag chains and M6 mounting plates with dimensions of 75 to 150 mm square.
