[AGV Introduction Information] Japan Fine Steel Co., Ltd.
We have introduced two AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) at Japan Fine Steel Co., Ltd., a wire manufacturer. Japan Fine Steel Co., Ltd. holds a top share both domestically and internationally in the production of special wires essential for semiconductor processing. In this instance, our group's AGVs will be utilized for transporting such wires and bobbins. ■ AGV Specifications First Unit: Conveyor-mounted AGV (Model: V1500-HCV) Second Unit: Standard AGV (Model: V1000-H) <Main Specifications> - Load capacity: 1000 kg - Operating environment: Indoor, with checker plate - Guidance method: Hybrid guidance using magnetic and laser - Options: Signal interfacing with existing conveyors, pallet magazines, and automated warehouses Although there were many checker plates present in the facility, we determined that our group's AGVs, known for their high mobility, could operate effectively. We brought the AGVs to the actual site and conducted a demonstration. We were able to showcase their "strong performance on rough terrain" feature, which led to their adoption.

【Highly Anticipated Towing Function】The AMR robot "Star Series" has implemented its first towing function. It supports towing carts and other equipment, meeting a variety of transportation needs.
We are pleased to announce that we are currently developing a new "towing function" for our main product, the AMR robot series. This function is being developed with the goal of starting service in January 2026. ■ Background of Development: A Challenge for the Next Level of Automation Born from Customer Feedback As the decline in the working population becomes more serious, the automation of transportation processes in logistics warehouses and manufacturing plants has become a pressing issue. Until now, we have provided AMRs that can slide under shelves and pallets, lift them, and transport them, contributing to labor reduction in many workplaces. In response to the urgent voices from the field, we have begun developing a function to tow and transport cart trolleys and similar items, based on the advanced autonomous driving technology of our existing AMRs. ■ Future Plans We are currently making diligent progress in development toward the goal of starting service in January 2026. The official product name, detailed specifications, pricing, and specific case studies will be formally announced as soon as they are ready.
