Additionally, OPP film is also great for printing, allowing for multi-colored film sheets. When hanging products on hooks for display, it is possible to suspend them by inserting a white header or a transparent header at the top of the bag and making holes there. By using a header, the weight of the product on the inserted core material can prevent the bag from tearing and falling. While white headers are more common, transparent headers do not interfere with the colors of the products inside, making them stand out more. Additionally, printing on the header portion is also possible. Furthermore, when attaching bags to products like socks that are hung on hangers, we make hook holes. However, in that case, if you use a header, it becomes difficult to insert products from the bottom due to the ultrasonic seal, so we recommend using a bag without a header. [Partner's Bag Case] Aluminum Vacuum Bags Designed to Attract Attention Achieving "Attractive Bags" with Aluminum Vacuum Film Different from Regular OPP Film
Typically, OPP or CPP films are often used, but this time we would like to introduce a case of bag-making using aluminum vapor-deposited film. The customer's requests this time were the following three points: 1. They wanted a package that stands out. 2. They wanted to differentiate from similar products from other companies. 3. They wanted a glossy color. Among various proposals, the suggestion we made this time was to adopt aluminum vapor-deposited film. With regular films, even the same gold color tends to appear somewhat dull in the printing finish. This time, the printing was done on OPP film, but by layering aluminum vapor-deposited film over it, we achieved a glossy gold finish. The difference in color alone makes it stand out from other products, contributing to differentiation from competitors. The cost is about 30% higher than regular films, but the customer was satisfied and placed a formal order. Aluminum vapor-deposited film has high moisture resistance and light-blocking properties, which helps keep the contents in good condition, and since the products inside are not visible from the outside, it also offers high confidentiality, making it commonly used for clothing and trading card bags.
