Monitoring reactions from culture tanks and reaction vessels requires sampling of the culture medium. We have developed and are selling an economical sterilization-compatible sampling device, the Sampling Collector 20. Using a rotary pump, we perform regular quantitative sampling. Our sampling method employs air-segmented sampling, which reduces contamination from older samples. Additionally, one of the features is that we use an inexpensive fraction collector from Bio-Rad, priced around 300,000 yen.
