To address the customer's struggles with static electricity issues that arise during the separation of SUS plates and products after the collating and pressing operations, the work has been fully automated. This ensures a stable production quantity through continuous operation and improves the tact time. ◇ Achieves full automation and labor-saving by transporting collated materials with a 6-axis robot and a SCARA robot. ◇ After separation, the film and SUS plates are cleaned and re-supplied to the collating section. ◇ The collating configuration can be arbitrarily set according to the front and back of the product, orientation, position, presence of film, thickness of the SUS plate, and changes in the order of product supply. ◇ Completion of collating and supply to the press machine in 10 steps/40 minutes. One step consists of 10 layers (with one layer made up of SUS plate, film, product, film, and SUS plate). Produces 200 products in 40 minutes. ◇ Automatic product supply from the previous process using AMR. ◇ A cover that encloses the entire device shuts out dust.
