There are two types of materials for industrial 3D printers: "Onyx FR-A" and the reinforced fiber material "Carbon Fibre FR-A." Both have excellent flame retardancy, meet the FST conditions of the American aerospace industry, and possess traceability. This is the first carbon fiber reinforced resin material available for 3D printers in the industry. Additionally, it is also possible to create various complex molded products other than gears. Basic Information Heat resistance temperature is from 80 to 120°C. Polyacetal Polyacetal, or polyoxymethylene, is a polymer that has an oxymethylene structure as its repeating unit, abbreviated as POM. There are both homopolymers that are formed solely from formaldehyde and copolymers that contain about 2 mol% of oxymethylene units, both of which are referred to as polyacetal, acetal resin, or polyacetal resin.
It is a clean polyolefin-based special foam with low outgassing that does not use chemical blowing agents. It is recommended for precision equipment and measures against sick house syndrome.

To prevent water leakage in rubber molded products, we received a request to attach a packing, and we proposed using Eptsealer, a highly waterproof tape. When we created a prototype in the shape of a ring with a slit in one place, there were concerns about water leakage from the slit, so we consulted again about the shape for manufacturing. We re-proposed a shape that eliminates the seam by adding a slit to the inner diameter of the ring, making it possible to attach it to rubber products as well. We were appreciated for our precise solutions to the concerns and the high level of our processing technology, and our processed products were adopted.
