It is a product that integrates a large number of shape memory alloys at equal intervals along an extended electric wire, which is attached to the electric equipment's wiring using spiral tubes, monitoring abnormal temperatures caused by overload current in the wire or poor connections, as well as abnormal temperatures due to faults in electrical equipment. It enables safety management of electrical equipment even for those who are not electrical engineers. When the surrounding temperature reaches the set temperature (80°C), the two wires short-circuit to sense the temperature, triggering a mechanism to detect abnormal temperatures as a signal. It utilizes the softening of the wire and the recovery of the shape memory alloy. With permanent memory and no rust, it retains its function indefinitely once activated and can be used for many years. Additionally, it is a non-reset type that allows for confirmation after activation, is simple and easy to use, has good accuracy, and features zero standby power due to its switching function. It offers output capacities in three types: 750W, 1500W, and 3300W, with the addition of two new types of 2400W and 5000W. With a maximum voltage range from 6V to 800V, it features a wide variety of 60 models, making it a flexible solution for systems requiring reliability testing, durability testing, aging, and semiconductor burn-in for electronic components and automotive electrical equipment. Wide Range Switching DC Power Supply PSW-Y1 Series Released in June 2015
We are pleased to announce the launch of the PSW-Y1 series, which adds logging functionality to our currently popular wide-range switching DC stabilized power supply PSW series. The PSW-Y1 series is a model equipped with logging functionality on the wide-range DC stabilized power supply PSW series. It can store output voltage, output current, and status information in internal buffer memory for up to 8000 data points at the fastest interval of 0.1 seconds. The logging function is particularly effective for tests that require long-term output monitoring, such as aging tests. Additionally, we have included a FAN On/Off function to temporarily stop the noise from the cooling fan. The power supply unit is available in three output capacities: 360W, 720W, and 1080W, and five maximum voltage types: 30V, 80V, 160V, 250V, and 800V, offering a total of 15 models to meet a wide range of applications. Furthermore, it comes standard with USB and LAN ports, making it suitable for system power supply integration as well.
