[Case Study on Exhaust Odor Control] Tire Manufacturing Plant
We would like to introduce a case study on the deodorizing effect of our deodorant (Yume Shota SH200) as a measure against the exhaust odors from a tire manufacturing factory. First, we extended the existing air duct with an aluminum flexible duct to draw in the odors using a line fan, and installed a deodorizing spray box (demo unit) at the suction point. Since the perception of odors can vary from person to person, we had many workers experience the product and acknowledged the change brought about by spraying the deodorant (Yume Shota SH200) to eliminate the unpleasant rubber smell. We have received a request for a quote for the Nioix deodorizing system and are considering its implementation.
