放射光施設でのみ可能であった硬X線光電子分光がラボでも使用可能に！
今までの汎用XPSでは到達できなかった深さを分析できる次世代のXPS装置です。 これまで放射光施設でのみ使用可能だった硬X線の使用が可能になりました。 Ga ka単色化線源により９．２５keV励起による高分解能硬X線光電子分光を実現いたしました。 【用途】 表面より深い領域での試料のXPS観察・測定 ―‐‐以下英文による紹介です。 HAXPES-Lab is designed to allow hard X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (HAXPES) measurements in standard lab environments.
