超高解像度CCDカメラを2台内蔵し自動制御での測定が可能です。物質の酸化に伴う発光、試薬反応、熱分解光、光照射等により生じる発光を高感度にとらえ、部位の特定が可能です。スペクトルは明るい分光器(回析格子）を用いて瞬時に高分解能（0.1nm）で測定可能です。
