It is said to have an elongation rate of 1000%, has a sticky quality that allows it to adhere easily to objects, and exhibits self-adhesiveness when pressed together with other natural rubber. It excels in flexibility and can maintain its properties even in extremely cold environments of -60°C. Additionally, being natural, it has the advantage of not imposing an environmental burden. Latex refers to the emulsified state of "liquid natural rubber," where such natural rubber components are dispersed in a liquid medium.
