Analysis of the WEEE Directive
The RoHS directive is operated in conjunction with the WEEE directive! A variety of affordable package plans are available.
The purpose of this directive is to suppress the generation of "WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment)" and to reduce the amount of "WEEE" that is discarded. It mandates member states and producers to establish and bear the costs of a collection and recycling system for "WEEE." The principle is that producers are responsible, meaning that those who manufacture products that impose a burden on the environment are responsible for the costs associated with their disposal (collection, recycling, reuse), among other things. The aim is to facilitate the collection and recycling of electrical and electronic equipment based on the WEEE directive and to reduce the environmental impact at the time of disposal, while the RoHS directive regulates the use of hazardous substances. As a result, the RoHS directive is operated in conjunction with the WEEE directive.
