The successor to "LCA-124"! The 1 gauge is dedicated to 120Ω, but the 2 gauge can be used for 100 to 1000Ω.

The "STA-12G" is an improved version of the old 120Ω gauge amplifier "LCA-124 (discontinued)," designed for 1 and 2 gauge applications. It has changed the amplification ratios from 1,000 and 2,000 times to 800 and 1,600 times. With this change, for example, when set to 800 times, a strain of 1μStrain is output as exactly 1mV, making conversion easier. The "STA-12L" is a distortion amplifier that simplifies the functions of the standard 120Ω gauge amplifier "STA-12G" and offers it at a lower cost. It has a fixed amplification rate of 1μ strain = 0.5mV, with zero distortion and a 2.5V output. It converts changes in strain from -4000 to 5000 microstrains into a voltage range of 0.5V to 5V.
