The maximum driving voltage at a frequency of 1 MHz is approximately 28V (AC). ◆ Unlike conventional vertical gel diffusion crystallization devices that use capillaries, our design places the precipitant and protein solution facing each other in the plane through a gel layer, making the dispensing operation and retrieval of grown crystals very simple. ◆ To semi-automate the seed crystallization method, the discharge of the protein solution and the precipitant solution can be performed semi-automatically. This eliminates the need to remove the grown crystals from the wells, preventing damage to the crystals.
